EV Cargo’s Palletforce has strengthened its sector-leading service in Oxfordshire after signing a new member to its growing national network.

D&G Global Logistics will replace former member NGC, providing additional capacity for growth and delivering enhanced customer service and stable coverage. Based in Warwick, it will cover postcodes in the north-west of the county including Banbury and Chipping Norton.

Palletforce has also redistributed area to current member Ralph Davies International, which is now operating from a new site and covering postcodes around Bicester.

Previously operating as Streetwise Couriers Midlands, the company has recently rebranded as part of a strategy to drive growth by providing express palletised distribution, international services and warehousing. New to pallet networks, the directors researched the sector and identified Palletforce as having the best offer with market-leading technology, SuperHub infrastructure and international services.

Director George Gailey said: “Over the past couple of years our customers have been growing and diversifying in their own right and we needed to embrace this and advance our service offering. Until now we have been building our pallet operation through third parties, but Palletforce provides us with the opportunity, platform and support to grow.

“After considering a number of pallet networks we agreed that Palletforce offered the infrastructure in the UK, Europe and globally to meet our expectations and that of our customers. Technology is also key and Palletforce’s innovation and development in this area is second to none.”

Adam Leonard, Palletforce member relations director, said: “We saw the opportunity to further strengthen our offering in Oxfordshire and are pleased to welcome D&G Global Logistics to the Palletforce network.

“Their addition will enhance customer service even further, provide stable coverage and create additional capacity for network growth as per our wider EV Cargo strategy. D&G Global Logistics is focused on domestic and international growth with a quality ethos that fits with our network.”
