Access Scales Up Mintsoft Availability To Address Demand Surge.

As online and multi-channel retailers struggle with rapidly increasing demand, The Access Group is making its Mintsoft order and WMS solution available for customers with rapid and remote implementation.

The cloud-based Mintsoft solution was acquired by Access earlier this year and is now enabling new and existing customers to boost their capability at this critical time.

Mintsoft comes with more than 50 direct courier integrations, and integrates with all major shopping carts, marketplaces and inventory systems including Shopify, Magento, Amazon, Ebay and SAP.

With hundreds of 3PL and ecommerce customers in the UK using its comprehensive Delta WMS software, Access aims to expand capability for customers adapting to increasing and changing patterns of demand.

In a study from IMRG, the UK’s online retail association, traffic to retailers’ websites has ballooned with an estimated 10-15% daily increase in volumes compared with a month earlier for the week commencing 22 March.

Rob Hodgson, a logistics specialist from Access said: “That’s just the tip of the iceberg – we know that volumes of online orders have gone through the roof since lockdown began. Our customers are telling us that they want automated order and warehouse management processes which have an impact now, increasing fulfilment accuracy, while at the same time reducing pick times.

“With the order picking process reported to be in excess of 50% of the warehouse operating cost, even a small improvement in this area can deliver significant benefit. We’re pleased to be able to deliver Mintsoft for them quickly and without the need for a physical visit, which is especially important right now.”

Mintsoft is designed for manufacturers, multi-channel retailers, logistics service providers and 3PLs and is available now as a standalone product and soon on the Access Workspace platform.

Founded by Luke Groves in 2011 Mintsoft has more than 170 customers. Now with backing from Access, one of the fastest growing UK-based tech businesses, the team has increased resources to make the software available to more logistics businesses and online retailers quickly and easily.
